After 25 years of impactful service in Johnson City, including the most recent location at ETSU, The Well elevated its presence by purchasing property and transforming it into a new state-of-the-art facility. The impressive 18,000-square-foot student center will not only house The Well’s offices but will also feature a 500-seat auditorium and ample space for the ministry’s hundreds of students to engage in small group sessions. The project, which kicked off in August 2023, and was completed in January 2025. Preston Construction was proud to be an integral part of making this much-needed facility a reality.
